Good to know.

Do I need to be home for collection?

No. Leave your bag out by the door before your window begins. We'll message when the driver is on the way and again once it's collected.

When is it returned?

Within forty-eight hours, on a named day. Add next-day return when you book if you need it sooner.

What if I have care preferences?

Add care notes when you schedule: darks cold, hang-dry the linen, no fabric softener, anything at all. Tell us once and we'll keep it on file for every order.

How does billing work?

You pay a small collection fee when you book, and your card is kept on file securely by Stripe. Once we've weighed your bags we charge the wash by the pound to the same card and text you a receipt before we head back with your laundry.
