We're the Bryan family, and we're your neighbors.

Bella Fold is owned and run by Shondra and Michael Bryan, a Pierce County family raising three kids of our own. We know how fast the laundry piles up, and how much of a week it quietly takes. We started Bella Fold to give that time back to families like ours.

Shondra has a degree in education and home-schools our three children. She brings that same patience and attention to detail to every order: your care notes are read, followed, and remembered, so you only ever have to tell us once.

Michael is a software developer who built the system that runs Bella Fold, from the booking calendar to the live order page that shows when your driver is on the way. It's why you always know exactly where your laundry is.

When you book with us, you're not handing your clothes to a faceless company. You're trusting a local family, and we take that seriously.

Good to know.

Do I need to be home for collection?

No. Leave your bag out by the door before your window begins. Your order page shows when the driver is on the way and again once it's collected.

When is it returned?

Within forty-eight hours, on a named day. Add next-day return when you book if you need it sooner.

What if I have care preferences?

Add care notes when you schedule: darks cold, hang-dry the linen, no fabric softener, anything at all. Tell us once and we'll keep it on file for every order.

What is a standing order?

When you book, choose "every week" or "every two weeks" instead of "just this once". We then book the same day and window for you two days ahead, charge the collection fee to your card on file, and it appears on My orders as usual. You can pause, skip the next one, or cancel from My orders whenever you like, and a collection cancelled before the bag is collected has its fee refunded.

How does billing work?

You pay a small collection fee when you book, and your card is kept on file securely by Stripe. Once we've weighed your bags we charge the wash at our posted rate to the same card and post the receipt to My orders before we head back with your laundry. Current prices are always on the pricing section.
