We're the Bryan family, and we're your neighbors.

Bella Fold is owned and run by Shondra and Michael Bryan, a Pierce County family raising three kids of our own. We know how fast the laundry piles up, and how much of a week it quietly takes. We started Bella Fold to give that time back to families like ours.

Shondra has a degree in education and home-schools our three children. She brings that same patience and attention to detail to every order: your care notes are read, followed, and remembered, so you only ever have to tell us once.

Michael is a software developer who built the system that runs Bella Fold, from the booking calendar to the live order page that shows when your driver is on the way. It's why you always know exactly where your laundry is.

When you book with us, you're not handing your clothes to a faceless company. You're trusting a local family, and we take that seriously.

Before you book.

Do I need to be home?

No. Leave your bag by the door before your window starts. Your order page shows when the driver is on the way and again once it's collected, and there's a photo at the door when it comes back.

Where do you pick up?

Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup, Graham and Spanaway, WA. Put your zip code in the box at the top of this page and you'll know in a second.

How does payment work?

You pay the small collection fee when you book, and Stripe keeps your card on file. Once your bags are weighed we charge the wash at our posted rate to the same card, with the receipt on your order page.

What should I put the laundry in?

Any laundry bag or basket you're happy to leave out. Tell us how many bags when you book so the estimate is close.

Can I cancel?

Yes. A pickup cancelled before the bag is collected has its collection fee refunded. Weekly pickups can be paused, skipped or cancelled from your orders page any time.
